The phone is nice, but started having a flickering screen so I contacted the seller (Breed) and requested a replacement under the 90 day warranty. I sent it to them with the promise that it would take 3-5 business days to process and then I would be sent a replacement. It has now been three weeks and I have not received the phone. I did not receive an explanation, merely and email saying "it is still being processed". Meanwhile, I am paying for my old (Not fully functional phone) to stay in service. I also paid for the first month of service for the new phone and only got to use it for two days. I am very dissatisfied.

I really like this phone. The first thing that drew me to it was the look. It's very sharp looking. It's also big enough without being TOO large. I have small hands and some of these new phones are ridiculous, I can barely hold them let alone fit them in my pocket easily. The phone itself is easy to use. Set up was a breeze I was able to hold it back to back with my Galaxy S3 and all my things quickly and easily transferred. Set up took just a few moments because of this. It even automatically downloaded all of the apps I had installed on my old phone. What a huge convenience and time saver!!! The built in 16GB of storage is nice. It's also great that you can also add a microsd card for further storage. I use both and it's perfect. Some things are automatically saved to the device and some I have set to save to the memory card. The display on the phone is nice, the graphics are good. Everything is quite clear. It was easy for me to change the settings and home screen and such to what I preferred. The charging port has the option. For the regular charger most phones use or the one with the extra Port. Mine did not come with the charging cable with the extra attachment but I had one from a different S5 I had broken. I like that the charging port has a cover that snaps into place. This makes me feel confident I won't have problems down the line with thr charging port. Another pro for this and many other android phones is that the back cover is remove able and the battery is replaceable. Inevitably all phone batteries need replacing at some point and it's great that this is easy to do unlike some other competing phones.

There are a few things I just don't love. The first and most annoying is the fact no matter how many times I shut off the damn swype keyboard it turns it back on. I found this same issue with my S3 so I know it's just a Samsung thing but holy moly is it beyond annoying. If I shut swype off I shut it off for a reason, leave it alone!! Another thing is sometimes I touch things on the screen and it doesn't respond to my touch. Seems a little bit glitchy and twice I have needed to restart my phone. It doesn't happen often but it is highly annoying when it does.

Overall I really like this phone, so much so that I purchased this one when I broke beyond repair the one I previously had!
